Fresh Flowers: We will do our very best to create your design as close to the picture as possible, however some minor substutions may need to be made due to seasonal and stock availability. You will be contacted if there is any major substitutions required. :) 

Delivery Policy

NO DELIVERY SERVICE ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON, SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 If no one is home at the time of delivery: Our courier will leave the flowers only if there is a safe, shaded, protected place to do so. If you do not want flowers left at the door please let us know. If there is no appropriate place to leave them.. a calling card will be left in the mailbox and the recipient can phone to arrange a re-delivery. 

Properties and farms: Before placing your order for a property delivery - please ensure you have clear and correct delivery details. Delivery details MUST include, property name, property number, road name, and a contact number for the recipient. Please also advise us if there are any gates or animals.
